Villa Mapache is a tropical two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa nestled between the jungle and the ocean in the gated Paradise Hills community. The home has panoramic ocean views, a private infinity saltwater pool, two semi-open bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms, an indoor-outdoor living and dining area, a fully equipped semi-open kitchen, and a dedicated workspace. Guests have private access to the villa. The bedrooms and living area are connected across the terrace, and the home is open-air with ceiling fans rather than air conditioning. A 4x4 vehicle or ATV is strongly recommended, especially during the rainy season. A second private home shares the property and sheltered parking. Occasional wildlife visits and brief power, water, or internet outages are part of the tropical setting.
