Location Location Location!!! Casa Bonimus is your 2 bedroom home at only steps from the beach and surf. Our home is centrally located right at the Wave-mall, Green World Organic Store and UMA. Other restaurants you will find around the corner are Kooks, Vermu, Banana Beach, etc.. The house has 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. We offer both an indoor living room with A/C and an amazing roofed outdoor living room right at the pool. Oh, and did I tell you about the jets in the pool? You'll like it :-)! Bedroom 1 has a desk - queen bed - small sofa, closet + TV + A/C + ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 has an ensuite private one-of-a-kind open-air bathroom. Queen bed and small sofa, closet + TV + A/C + ceiling fan.. Inside salon has another desk + TV + A/C ceiling fan. Outside salon has a diner table and sofa with views at the pool + ceiling fans. Pool area has sunbeds, outside shower and BBQ + parking area behind the electric gate. Further we have a 2nd guest full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and storage room with several kitchen appliances like air fryer - rice cooker - coffee grinder - blender - kettle - coffeemaker - water ECO filter. All comfort is provided :-). You have access to the whole property except of the Staff room in the back of the house (locked) We live close by and the house comes with full concierge services so we are here to help you whenever you need. One of the strengths of Casa Bonimus is its location. At steps you will find first of all the beach and its world class surf. Around the corner we have restaurants Kooks, Uma, Vermu, Banana beach, La Glida and many others. And all this in front of the famous Wave Mall. From the crossroads to Santa Teresa North we are located almost in the middle of this one long beach road. This makes everything is reachable after a short drive. From the Bakery south to Eatstreet up north. Anyway no need for transport but in case you want to explore, let us know. We do have ATV available at great prices and private parking behind the fence. And yes... with an electric gate. Location Location and... Location!!! Do not forget we are still located in an upcoming beach town in the jungle. Insects, (traffic) noise, dust, power and internet outages can happen. This is the same in every single house in the area. Please follow the instructions for how to use the jets in the pool. We have our gardener - pool guy and cleaning lady who can come in. We will try to coordinate the timings with our guests. The 5th person sleeps on the floor mattress which is part of the outside sofa. The guest will have to accommodate himself ( we will leave sheets).
