Accessibility:
Guests have private access to the entire villa. Note that to move between bedrooms and the living area, you will need to walk across the terrace. A 4x4 vehicle or ATV is strongly recommended, especially during the rainy season (May–November).
Important Notes:
The home is designed for open-air tropical living with sliding glass doors and natural materials — no A/C but well-ventilated with ceiling fans.
The property is shared with another smaller house located at the back, but each space is fully private.
Expect occasional visits from local wildlife (monkeys, birds, insects) and the possibility of brief power, water, or internet outages — common in Santa Teresa.
Guests should be comfortable with nature and open-concept architecture.
Some imperfections in the wood flooring are natural and part of the home’s rustic charm.
